Welcome to the Briar Ridge Homeowners Association website.

Briar Ridge is a community of 31 homes located in the Heritage area of Littleton, Colorado. Nestled alongside Ashbaugh Park, Ashbaugh Pond, and the Lee Gulch Trail, our neighborhood combines a peaceful setting with convenient access to everything Littleton has to offer.

Developed between 1978 and 1994, Briar Ridge is a close-knit community that takes pride in its well-maintained common areas, friendly neighbors, and attractive surroundings. All homeowners are members of the Briar Ridge Homeowners Association, which is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors in accordance with the Association's covenants and bylaws.

This website serves as the primary source of information for our community. Here you will find neighborhood news, HOA updates, governing documents, meeting information, and other resources of interest to homeowners. The site also provides convenient ways to communicate with Board members, committee volunteers, and your neighbors.
