Briar Ridge is a unique close-knit covenant community made up of 31 homes developed between 1978 and 1994 and is located in the Heritage area of Littleton, Colorado. We are proud of our friendly neighbors, our beautiful common areas, our unique location adjacent to Ashbaugh Park and Pond and Lee Gulch Trail, and our easy access to the best that Littleton has to offer.
