Approved Exterior Paint Colors

When changing the paint color of your house, please select the color from the approved exterior paint color list. Colors in the same family as those on the approved list can also be submitted for review. If your current exterior paint color is not on the list and you would like to keep your current color, it will be grandfathered in.

Please submit an Exterior House Painting Request form for all surfaces:

-Exterior siding

-Exterior wood trim 

-Entrance doors (noting any complementary accent colors) 

-Garage doors (to be the same color as the siding, trim or front door).

Please use eggshell or equivalent for the finish (semi-gloss and gloss are too reflective).
