Briar Ridge HOA Dues

Briar Ridge HOA dues cover the costs of keeping our common areas lovely, our annual neighborhood party and any other expenses that help to keep our neighborhood running smoothly, including trash/recycling pick-up. The largest expenditure by far is the cost to water and maintain the greenbelt.

To be specific, the HOA dues cover:

In the Common Area:
Water, mowing and trimming, turf maintenance, irrigation maintenance, tree care, and insurance

For Homeowners:
Trash and recycling, HOA website and communication

Starting January 1, 2024, dues will be increased to $151 per month, which is low in comparison to other HOA communities. A large part of the reason our dues are so low can be attributed to the efforts of neighbors who volunteer to help with light maintenance (such as spot weed control, light pruning, storm damage cleanup, etc.). Thank you to our neighborhood volunteers!

Dues can be paid monthly, quarterly ($453), or annually ($1,812). They are due by the 10^th of the month (or the 10th of the month that begins the cycle you are paying for), and can be paid by sending a check to Traude Mayr, our HOA’s accountant, or by online bill pay through your bank. Since we are not set up for direct payments to the HOA’s bank account, your bank simply mails a check to pay the dues.  If you have any questions regarding paying your dues, Traude can be reached via email at [email protected] or by phone at 303-290-0902.

1. Set your dues autopay on a monthly, quarterly or annual interval,
