Neighborhood Common Areas

Briarwood neighborhood common areas encompass approximately three acres, with about half of the acreage behind the houses on the south side and half behind the houses on the north side of Briarwood Avenue. It’s not “uncommon” to see a game of Colorado croquet (no level ground needed), children playing ball, neighbors walking their dogs, or friends and family gathering for a barbeque. We’ve even had a few weddings!

The neighborhood also has an annual barbeque where we all get together to catch-up and socialize, so watch for the invite in your email.  

Please enjoy our beautiful grounds and if you would like to use the grounds for an event, complete the “Special Event Request” form and submit to our Grounds Chair, Rick Russon, via email at [email protected]. 

Sprinkler schedule:

North side lawn’s 26 circuits run every Mon, Wed and Sat from 8PM till 8AM

South side lawn’s 16 circuits run every Mon, Wed and Sat from 9PM till 8AM
